BIOGRAPHY
Lady T was born in Miami in 1974. She has always had a passion for music from time she remembers going to a music store and purchasing her first tape. While growing she delved herself into all different genres of music, from hardcore, to alternative, to freestyle; but it was break beats that really drove her to begin spinning.
Her musical education began playing keyboard, which she did for several years. Time passed and she fell into the electronic scene. Wanting to do more than just listen and dance at parties, she began to collect records. She quickly purchased one turntable and had a friend (Mike Red) lend her another, until she had the cash to purchase a second one. And so the story goes….
With in a few months of practicing she was given her first chance to play by Medley at ESD. Shortly thereafter she landed her first residency at the Union. Since the she has held several residencies, including Players, Are & Are, and her latest being at Mash Up. She has also played at various parties throughout Miami. You can find her at playing at venues all around Miami, usually with her man Sum1 or with the Geishaz. Lady T is also part of the Dadeabass/DME crew.
