MINIMAL TECHNOBIOGRAPHY
Born with an innate passion for music and a distinct ear for sound, IQ
has been mixing wax from some of South Florida's largest dance floors
to the most intimate underground spots.
Having played only at house parties until then, she began performing
before large crowds in 1998 at the party "Full Moon" in Miami Florida
often sharing the decks with partner in crime Kaprah. Influenced by the
sound of Future Sounds of London, Richie Hawtin, and Hardkiss with a
twist of freestyle and miami bass, IQ has been bringing since a
delectable blend of melodic electro bass to the dance floor from the
SEQUENCE parties at hoolingans pub to downtown miami clubs Nocturnal,
Players, Soho Lounge, I/O and many others.
Graduating as an audio engineer in 2004 she currently works at a
recording studio. With a growing lust for molesting sound waves and a
growing library of music software she began producing tracks in 2002
and is currently working on an album under alias Signal.Flow. For more
