Starting as a classically trained pianist, Barbi Castelvi quickly learned to play guitar, bass, and sing at a very young age. She became a recording artist at a very young age, lending her voice to early house and techno tracks in the Early 90's. Nowshe is a well known dj and has a project with Cryogenetic called SYNTONICS. Look out for an album in the spring of 2006.
Look out for Barbi Castelvi in the movie DROP DEAD ROSES in which she stars with Brian O'Halleran (Clerks, Clerks 2,Dogma, Mall Rats, etc...) As a dj, Barbi explores the world of early electro, freestyle, italo disco and new wave. She hasplayed along side the likes of Dj Unknown, Princess Superstar, Vive La Fete, T. Raumshniere, Tommie Sunshine, PeterHook (New Order) , Morgan Geist, MSTRKRFT, and some of the most respected dj's in the world.
